Pentru mine arta lui Pierre Matter este un exemplu foarte bun de tranzitie a expresiei aburiste , de la decorativ spre arta plastica. El face acest lucru cu oun flavor care nu poate fi confundat. Pierre Mater a studiat matematica si creatia sa este o rezultanta directa a exercitiului sau paralel in pictura si sculptura.

somewhere on the line between possible
and impossible
an aesthetic right in the middle of the summer
it’s a long time now since
we don’t know anymore
who we are
we still do have some time
to browse for all lives
among bare scorching stones..
